Meet Your Chief Lark Mary Hunter

Over two decades ago, Mary transitioned from a contemporary art museum to a global market research firm, leveraging her bilingual skills and deep Latin American cultural expertise. She built a career leading U.S. and global research projects, delivering insights that drive strategic decisions.

Mary’s expertise spans Consumer Packaged Goods, Beverages, Retail, Hospitality, and Healthcare. 

In 2016, she joined a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion consultancy, building a successful practice area in employee research and analytics. Partnering with industrial-organizational psychologists and DEI practitioners, she developed research and measurement frameworks and best practices that empower organizations to address talent management challenges.

A talented and experienced researcher and storyteller, she uncovers actionable data insights, crafts engaging reports, and delivers compelling presentations. She is highly skilled at conducting stakeholder interviews, moderating focus groups and one-on-one interviews, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data.

Mary holds a Master’s in Arts Administration from New York University, a Bachelor’s in Art History, and is fluent in Spanish.

Having pivoted more than once in her career, Mary knows the power of combining transferrable skills with hard work and an adventurous spirit.
